This website provides general information about counselling services offered by Katie Reed, B.S.W., M.S.W., R.S.W. (OCSWSSW Registration #860578). Nothing on this website constitutes counselling, psychotherapy, social work services, medical advice, psychiatric advice, legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. The information provided is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances. Use of this website — including submitting a contact or booking inquiry form — does not establish a therapeutic, professional, fiduciary, or contractual relationship of any kind between you and CORE Counselling & Mental Health Services or Katie Reed. A therapeutic relationship is established only after formal intake procedures have been completed, the appropriateness of services has been determined, and written informed consent has been obtained and documented in accordance with OCSWSSW Standards of Practice.

Katie Reed is a Registered Social Worker governed by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and is bound by its Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics, and all applicable regulatory requirements under the Social Work and Social Service Work Act, R.S.O. 1998, c. 31. These Terms of Use do not limit, modify, or supersede any professional obligations owed under OCSWSSW Standards of Practice or applicable Ontario legislation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CORE Counselling & Mental Health Services and Katie Reed shall not be liable for: • Any loss, harm, or damage arising from reliance on general information published on this website • Decisions made by a visitor based on content published on this website • Any claim that website content constitutes professional advice or a professional recommendation • Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of this website or its content Nothing in this section limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
